Colin Hyslop

Associate

Colin Hyslop’s practice focusses primarily on intellectual property litigation. Colin earned his J.D. from Western University, as well both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Biochemistry from Queen's University and the University of Calgary, respectively. Colin began his legal career clerking at the Federal Court of Canada, where he gained invaluable insight into the judicial process, before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. He then worked in intellectual property litigation at a prominent international full-service law firm and an international intellectual property boutique. Colin has worked on cases involving all varieties of intellectual property and different technological fields, including the pharmaceutical sector.
