Yiming Xu

Yiming graduated from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Toronto. Before beginning her J.D. studies, Yiming earned a Bachelor of Medicine in Preventive Medicine, an LL.B., and later an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law. Yiming gained legal experience through internships at the headquarters of ByteDance Ltd. in Beijing, where she worked in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, and at the Legal and Compliance Department of China’s National Council for Social Security Fund.
