Richard Naiberg

Richard brings more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation as well as in patent, trademark, copyright and industrial design litigation across a variety of industries. Richard has been counsel on many cases, including a number of landmark cases in the Supreme Court of Canada.
